Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For the safety of our staff and animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
We open at 8:00 A.M to admit surgeries, dentals and emergencies. For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available throughout the day. You may choose a time that works best for you and leave your pet with us for a few hours. The receptionist will request detailed instructions regarding your pet and the doctor will examine the patient between appointments. Please call in advance to schedule the "drop off" appointment. Upon completion of the examination, either the doctor or technician will contact you with the diagonistic results and discharge instructions. Please make sure you will be available by phone to answer any questions the doctor may have regarding your pet's condition.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Personal Checks.
